Excerpt
In the writer's experience this is not an uncommon state of affairs in an industry such as dossage-form manufacture, which is superficially quite $rraightforward, yet very complex in detail. In this context, it was apparent that the most effective way to expedite RDL's progress along meaningful lines would be to concentrate the available resources on specific, selected problem areas rather than to attempt an across-the-board approach.
