For developing countries, however, this digital revolution has been slow to materialize, raising sonle serious concerns. How can countries already struggling to provide adequate infrastructures for liealtli, educatioil and agriculture hope to have the resources required to han-ness such technologies and gain equitable access? Without such infrastructures developing countries are becoming further marginalized, creating a digital divide - the gap between those who have access to the new digital tecl~nologies and those who do not.
