Excerpt
Excerpt: This report presents the results of our evaluation of the Department of the Treasury (Treasury) Workers? Compensation Program (WCP). We conducted this review to: (1) determine Treasury?s progress in reducing workers? compensation costs since our office last comprehensively reviewed this program in 1989 and (2) identify opportunities for reducing Treasury?s WCP costs. We performed our fieldwork from June 2001 to October 2001.
